This project for Peloton and Stockland involved the realignment and widening of the existing access road and the reconfiguration of the existing carpark. 
The scope of work included:

<li>Erosion and sediment control</li>
<li>Demolition of existing structures and pavements</li>
<li>Site clearance (22,000m2)</li>
<li>Bulk earthworks (2,000m3)</li>
<li>Detail excavation for pedestrian pavements and retaining walls</li>
<li>Piling for building structures</li>
<li>Installation of asphaltic pavement</li>
<li>Installation of pedestrian footpath pavement</li>
<li>Kerb only, kerb and gutter, integral kerb and pram ramps</li>
<li>Stormwater including pipe and pit installation</li>
<li>Linemarking and wheel stops</li>
</ul>
Complex project and site management was required due to the sheer number of public vehicles and pedestrians entering and exiting the shopping centre. Care was also required when working around high voltage services.
