Position: Multiskilled Plant Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate excavators, dozers, and track loaders equipped with 3D control technology to perform precision excavation, trenching, earthmoving tasks, and road construction.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment, emphasizing accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Adhere to strict safety guidelines and actively promote a culture of safety on job sites.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an excavator operator, with expertise in operating equipment with 3D control systems.
  • Final trim & detailed excavation experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in the safe operation of excavators and other heavy equipment.
  • Possession of a valid excavator operator's license or relevant certification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and unwavering attention to detail.
