Elio, General Manager and Founder of Green Civil Australia, has over 35 years in civil construction. Since 1989, he has developed expertise in site operations, and business management across various sectors, including education, transport, residential, commercial, and industrial.

Elio manages all business operations from tendering to project completion, steering the company’s vision and ensuring high standards in infrastructure development. Under his leadership, Green Civil Australia has become a  leading name in the industry.

Elio has led major projects like Westfield Bondi Junction, MLC Centre Sydney, Sydney Olympic Park, and various defence and data centre projects across NSW, VIC, and ACT. His extensive experience and strategic management consistently ensure successful, timely, and budget-compliant project delivery.

Project Manager

Kordell is a dedicated Project Manager at Green Civil Australia. He specialises in managing site operations, ensuring 
project quality, and upholding safety standards across various civil construction projects. His detail-oriented approach and commitment to excellence make him a key asset to the team.

Kordell has played a crucial role in major projects for the Department of Defence, Stockland, Woolworths Group, and data centres across NSW and ACT. His involvement underscores his expertise in managing large-scale civil and infrastructure developments.

Kordell manages site operations, ensuring projects adhere to specifications with rigorous quality control and safety standards. He collaborates closely with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Stephen is a highly experienced civil estimator with more than 40 years in the civil construction industry. He brings strong expertise across both project management and senior estimating, with a particular focus on client liaison, relationship management, and delivering commercially sound outcomes.

Stephen’s dedicated, detail-driven approach makes him an invaluable asset to the Green Civil Australia team. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a wide range of major civil infrastructure projects, including water treatment plant upgrades, major cable installations, water transfer developments, and bridge construction.

His extensive experience equips him with the technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership capability to strengthen Green Civil Australia’s estimating division as a senior manager, while providing valuable foresight into competitive pricing.

Site Engineer

Travis Chong is a Site Engineer at Green Civil Australia, bringing strong technical capability, disciplined project delivery, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to every project he leads. With experience across bulk earthworks, services installation, structural concrete, quality assurance, and subcontractor coordination, Travis is known for his attention to detail, calm under pressure, and commitment to delivering safe, compliant, and ahead-of-program outcomes.

At GCA, Travis plays a key role in daily site operations—managing ITPs, verifying design compliance, supporting environmental and safety obligations, and driving efficient delivery alongside supervisors, plant operators, subcontractors, and client representatives. His strong communication skills, engineering understanding, and collaborative mindset make him a trusted contributor across industrial & education projects.
